The National Judging of the Tidy Towns took place in March 2017. The judges travelled to Areyonga, the NT National winner, to view the town.
Special mention to the Areyonga Community Champion (Strong Woman) Daphine Puntjina for her recognised efforts and commitment to the beautiful community and Northern Territory town of Areyonga. (See photo below, from left Daphine Puntjina, Jill Grant, Heimo Schober).
